Good size.Drive fit for two cars,or very small ones,No product to clean kitchen sinks,floors not washed. I shouldnt have to do cleaning especially in the downstairs loo,the garden seating wasnt comfortable for long periods of time.The photos made it look bigger!When opening the kitchen windows the insides were disgusting.The front bedroom had no dressing mirror.The size and layout was perfect.With the cost of our stay,I expect to be as good as my home. I am mrs k Parker so I see more than my husband does.

We stayed here for two nights. The property easily accommodated 5 adults and two children. It was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Parking for three cars worked well. Would love to come back!

Fabulous house a home from home! We had a wonderful stay, we were a party of six, and there was ample room for everyone. The house was spotlessly clean. Everything you would ever need is in the fabulous kitchen, it's the heart of the house. Having read previous reviews, I am pleased to report the bed in the master room has been upgraded to a very comfortable kingsize bed. Ideally situated to walk to the beach and a flat walk into Weymouth itself. Will certainly be booking again.

A spacious lovely house, accommodated 5 of us on a short break. In a good, quiet residential location in easy walking distance of the beach and cafe. Warm house, plenty of hot water, everything needed for a self catering holiday in the kitchen. A flat 2 mile walk into Weymouth centre where there are plenty of eating places, a lovely harbour and sandy beach. Although we didn't use it, there is a convenient bus stop at the bottom of the road. We agree with other reviewers that more hangers and some kind of rail in the bathroom would further enhance this excellent property.

Lovely house. Plenty of room for all our family. Very clean. One or two little niggles eg. No towel rail in upstairs bathroom and could have done with more coat hangers and hooks on doors for coats and dressing gowns. Kitchen was well equipped but the large plates didnt fit in the dishwasher, A quiet location. it was a fair walk into Weymouth but buses went from end of road and were very regular and reliable, Would recommend for large family group as were spaces to be together and to be on own like snug and conservatory. Overall an enjoyable holiday..

We had a wonderful time at Sunningdale Rise, the house was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We particularly liked the open plan kitchen, dining area and the conservatory was lovely to sit in, in the morning and evening. The location is great, as it was warm and sunny we didn't venture that far. Overcombe beach is at the bottom of the hill, and Weymouth is a short drive away. We had a geat few days.

The home was exactly as described, maybe even better We all loved the house, very spacious and very comfortable. Great location, the beach is just down the road and it is a very easy and short drive into town. I expect we will be returning in the future. Many thanks
