Great accommodation for a multigenerational holiday with access to a super scenic walk to the beachtown. Kids loved the garden. Very spacious kitchendining room and similarly large living room.

Brooklands was great, ideally situated for visiting Lyme Regis and the most popular coastal towns. When we arrived, we initially experienced some difficulty accessing the property due to an issue with the key code, but this was resolved. Could not fault the accommodation very clean and equipped with a high standard of equipment all round. The local pub is two minutes away, although it does not serve food every night, so it is worth checking in advance. We had a great experience in Dorset and Brooklands was perfect for us.

My family and myself really enjoyed our stay at Brooklands. Its a beautifully presented property, with loads of space. Particularly enjoyed by our two year old twin Grandaughters, who loved all the space to run around inside and out. We would certainly stay there again. But the experience was marred by a few maintenance issues such as the coffee table in the lounge being wonky, the upstairs bathroom toilet seat kept coming loose and for me I am in my seventies no handrail on the bottom half of the stairs.

This was such a lovely house and perfect for a our extended family's stay for a long weekend. The house was really clean. The beds were really comfortable and the there was ample kitchen equipment. There was also ample room for parking more than we were expecting. The only thing that would make it more perfect would be if we could bring our little dog for a stay too!!
