Excellent accommodation in a very good location for all of our families needs, close to all the shops and the beachfront, the house is very well maintained and equipped with all you could need for a home from home staycation, we hope to return in the future.

Our 8th or 9th visit at this time of year. Globe cottage is perfectly suited to our needs and the recent update to the front door and additional ensuite is a fantastic improvement. Even the pigeons seem to have reduced!

We had a fantastic stay at Globe Cottage. We found the property very spacious and it had everything we needed. The bathroom was fantastic and I know those of us who stayed in the room with the en suite said it was super handy to have. We had extremely warm weather so the room up the very top with 3 single beds was absolutely boiling even with the fan on that was provided. The location of the property is great, being only a few minutes walk from the beach, the harbour and the town. Despite the reviews saying that the property was in quite a noisy area, we didnt feel this way. However we did stay for a MondayFriday not in peak summertime so that could be why. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location minutes from beach, harbour and town. Well equipped, spacious, well kept, and comfortable property.

The house was lovely, everything that was needed was there. I would suggest a full size ironing board rather than a table top one. The biggest downfall is not stating about the noise during the eveningearly hours of the morning, there is a pub a working men's club and a club all within seconds of the house. On arriving the first night we had no sleep whatsoever due to the noise, shouting, screaming and loud music from the clubpub until 5am Sunday morning. However for the rest of our stay every night it was just the noise from the pub and working mens club. So after about 1ish it was quieter. Still this needs to be advised, as if I had known about this I would not booked this property. A good point though is that it is central to the harbour, beach and town centre.

Property was exactly as described, facilities were excellent everything needed was there. Great location just a bit noisy at night with there being a LGBT bar at the bottom of the street.
