Perfect property for our family. Close to beach which was a bonus. Kitchen very well equipped but we could not find a wine opener anywhere? Had to use an attachment on old can opener!! Did feel kitchen ready for a deep clean maybe. Bedrooms clean and cosy but living roomdining room very chilly at times. Radiators struggling to heat up. We all had a good time and aga in kitchen was lovely for all day heat.
This is the second time of staying at this property because it suits a three generational family gettogether and we were as pleased with our return visit as the first. . There are ample bedrooms and bathrooms of a good quality, and the dining room is large enough to seat 14 comfortably. There is parking for at least four cars which is a bonus for a house that is only a 5 minute walk from the beach.

This property was perfect for our extended family. Well equipped throughout, it helped us enjoy our time away on holiday, and I enjoyed using the Aga!
Badly in need of a makeover. The settee was torn, and covered with an extremely nasty cover, and many of the carpets had so many stains that it could have been a pattern! The oven was ancient and the door didnt catch properly. But the parking was a bonus and we had a fantastic holiday.

Great property for larger groups. We were a party of 10 so plenty of room for us all in bedrooms, dining room and lounge. Great location only 6 minutes walk to the beach and a gentle 18 minutes to the main part of the town Bus stop 100 yards away for trips to Studland and Bournemouth. Parking for 4 cars on the drive. Gas cooker and AGA which took a bit of getting used to. Overall very nice place to stay

20 Ulwell Road was a perfect house for our Swanage stay. Good location for beach and a short walk into town for shops, pubs etc. The house was comfortable, spacious and well equipped for our group of nine. Definitely recommend it for large groups.

The property provides comfortable accommodation for 14 near to Swanage beach and a short walk to the town. It's great to have offroad parking a lovely garden. I especially like the Aga and the wooden cart you can load up with beach stuff and pull to and from the beach. Lots of beach equipment provided. This was our second visit and we would love to return.
Overall, the property exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious, providing good sized rooms that easily accommodated a three generational family break with an age range of 2 to 76. The location was ideal being only about 300m walk to the beach and a pleasant stroll along the Promenade into the centre of town.
Excellent well equipped property. Plenty of space for the thirteen of us. It was good to all be able to sit round the dining table for meals and playing games. Plenty of space in the lounge too.
We had a lovely stay at 20 Ulwell Road! The house is beautiful, spacious and feels so welcoming. The location is ideal just a short walk to Swanage beach, shops, and restaurants. The interior is very comfortable and cozy, and the kitchen is wellequipped, making it perfect for family meals. We especially loved the living room for relaxing in the evenings. We cant thank the owner enough for being so accommodating and friendly! This property truly feels like a home away from home, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

A very large property which was perfect for our family gettogether. Lots of rooms with large kitchen, lounge, dining areas. There were 12 of us but it didnt feel crowded at all. Easy 15 minute walk into the main town area of Swanage.
The property could have done with a deep clean. There were mouldy curtains in the annex and the windows were dirty. There were a lot of cobwebs. General cleaning was ok, but not fantastic
The property was lovely, very spacious and very clean. We had everything we needed for a multigenerational family of eleven people and a dog. It was well situated for the beach and the town and we would certainly go again.
A wonderful spacious family house which was exactly that. Everything worked out perfectly with our families travelling from different parts of the country. The Arga worked perfectly and by nature you have to lift the door to close it properly. Hopefully make it back next year..

Thanks so much we had a great time. We loved the space and comfort. It was lovely and clean. Parking and location were perfect. The kitchen was fab for several of us to work in. Lots of space for 13 of us to spread out in and a table and chairs that we could comfortably sit around was really appreciated. Games around the log burner was lovely. Lovely walks on the doorstep. Couldn't have asked for more. Small point the oven door doesn't close properly which affects cooking times. Would recommend and come again.
Great place and facilities. Perfect for pur group. There wasn't a cafetiere which would have been good. Also the gas oven door isn't great at closing, might be worth putting a note near it so people take extra care to shut it properly
Booked this house for 5 couples who unfortunately became 4 so there was plenty of space. The lounge had plenty of seating and the enormous dining table was perfect for eating and board games several of which were provided. The Aga kept the whole downstairs warm when the mornings were chilly. I didnt understand the previous comment about fridge space as there are 3 in the property so we had one entirely devoted to wine and beer! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was ideal for walks to Corfe Castle and Old Harry Rocks but also only a short stroll to the beach. Would thoroughly recommend for a large party.
My wife, myself and our four friends made the very best of our one week stay at 20 Ulwell Road. I say this, as the weather could have been a lot kinder to us. We were left a very nice welcome pack, that contained most of the 'immediate essentials.' The house is very well presented and had pretty much everything we could have wanted. I stayed in the ground floor bedroomapartment, which was large. The furnishings in this room are a little bit tired, but perfectly adequate. The shower has some black mould on the seals. My one big problem with this room was the tap in the sink. It took around 5 minutes for any hot water to come through and when it did, there was just the smallest gap between cold and scorching hot. This needs fixing. The lounge and dining room are very nice, as were the other bedrooms, although one shower was not working. One pleasant call with the Owner was enough for this to be fixed. I would recommend the rental of this property to anyone.

Only problem we find is we need more fridge space & a bigger cooker, the Aga is really had to use and having just one small cooker for all the guests can we challenging. Apart from that its a fantastic property great location lots of parking and perfect for our family holiday
We had a fantastic stay at this property. The house is spacious and comfortable with great facilities. The bathroom on the second floor was amazing. It was our first complete family holiday for many years and the space meant we didn't feel all crammed in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was lovely! Large, well equipped kitchen, lovely dining room and a good sitting room. There could have been more places to sit when the house is full, you have to sit on dining chairs. The bedrooms are wonderful! Big, lots of storage, clean, comfortable beds. The bathrooms are lovely, especially the one on the top floor. With many people in the house, we appreciated the to extra seperate toilets in addition to the bathrooms. The little apartment was also very good to have when staying 14 people in the house. Being Norwegian, we could't manage the AGA in the kitchen, so we had to use the other stove. We would have preferred two ordinary stoves, but that is more our own problem. It was very helpful with the big utility room and being able to wash and dry clothes. There was also a good parking space for our four cars. The house is just a short walk from the beach and town centre. I would highly recommend this property for big families to enjoy a holiday in lovely Swanage
Had a good week in the house. Extended family very impressed with rooms, especially the large bathroom on top floor! Annexe very good for those who would find stairs a challenge, plus welcome addition of small kitchen. Impressed with welcome pack and was a lovely gesture. Lovely large living room and dining room. Aga was a challenge but we mastered it ! Would recommend.

Thank you we had a wonderful weekend at Unwell Road. We were three generations of a family including five teenagers, one revising for GCSEs but the house accommodated us all perfectly. Thank you for the generous welcome pack and the little extras were greatly appreciated. We would all love to come and stay again on another occasion.
We had a great week in Swanage the house was ideal for our party of adults, children and dogs plenty of space, close to the beach, cafes and shops. We even managed to use the Aga and get a wood fire going! As with all rental properties, there were a couple of niggles but nothing of any note.

Brilliant location for a 3 generation family break.
Lovely accommodation at a great location near to the beach. Perfect for our group of 12. Facilities were excellent and the whole place had a relaxing atmosphere. Communication with the host was very smooth. We'd recommend it highly!
The house was all we needed, having an extended family of eleven. Plenty of room to move about, and a few minutes walk from the beach. A couple of things to mention An upperlanding window could not be closed due to a missing catch. necessary in cold March. The vacuum cleaner under the stairs was full to the brim, and we had to empty and clean it before we could use it. Otherwise we could recommend the property to anyone with a large group, to stay there.
We had a wonderful stay. The house is great for all the family. So near the beach. We had a few minor issues but Roy was helpful and solved them quickly. Would highly recommend this property.

Great house! Well equipped. Well situated, Very near the sea at Swanage. The rooms were larger than expected and so we had plenty of room for the four generations of our family. The property was very clean and the owner was careful to make sure no harsh smelling chemicals were used in the cleaning of it. As this causes problems with allergies. I couldnt be happier. Thank you so very much. We had a lovely holiday made some lovely memories.

Six adults and 4 children had a great week at the house, which is wellsituated about 3 minutes from the beach. Our only regret is that although the facilities were fine, it was very expensive.
The location is perfect and the house had plenty of room. A couple issues with lights not working and the ground floor bathroom would benefit from a new shower. Had to struggle up the stairs to get a decent shower. Take your own frying pan! The beds were very comfy in lovely large rooms.
The house became our home for the week and the minor problems that we had were rectified immediately. Every single item you could think of was provided thankyou .

This lovely house was warm and welcoming on our arrival. Perfect for our family holiday of three generations it is very comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more. The welcome pack was a thoughtful touch, thank you. We didnt use our cars at all during our stay as the property is just a few minutes walk from the seafront and town. We all agreed that we would love to return for a holiday here in the future.

Lovely big house that's well kept and very well equipped. All rooms are large and comfy. It's in a good location just a short distance from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the town. The Crows Nest pub a 100 yards down the road does good food, and the fish and chips at The Fish Plaice in town is also to be recommended. The owner is easy to contact, and very helpful.
