I think it's advertised for seven people, had we had our full quota, there wouldn't have been enough lounge seating. There was only enough for four people at best. We were quite cold at times and couldn't seem to get the lounge radiators at a comfortable level?
Absolutely loved our stay at Poppy Cottage. A great space complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely touches such as a tray containing tea, coffee and biscuits and enough dishwasher tablets for our stay. The beds were super comfortable and the outside area is perfect and safe for dogs and is a lovely space to enjoy a coffee. Only downside was the advertised hair dryer was missing and I hadn't packed my own, and the washing machine door would not close.

Great location, right in the heart of Beaminster but away from any road noise. Large, comfortable rooms, plenty of space. Excellent beds and bedding. Kitchen well equipped. Had a problem with the heating but it was rectified the same day, well done Dream Cottages, excellent service. One of the things we all thought was very strange was the downstairs toilet being part of the conservatory with just a stud wall separating it. The wall only goes 34 of the way up so the top part is open to the conservatory. This is an odd set up and made it unusable for us as you could hear everything. It doesnt seem very hygienic either! Beaminster is lovely, great shops and a couple of good pubs. There are walks from the doorstep of Poppy Cottage which is ideal. Beautiful countryside all around and within easy reach of places like Bridport, West Bay, Burton Bradstock and Lyme Regis.
