I would 100 recommend this property. The decor was amazing, sophisticated and just a pleasure to stay in. The owner had also left us an amazing box of goodies which were such a lovely surprise. Just a really lovely environment to stay in. The bedrooms were all really large and spacious, as was the whole house. I will be recommending this place to other friends and family. Loved it.

Absolutely lovely property. Can sleep 12 but there were only 9 of us. Having a large dining room, games room and lounge on separate floors meant everyone had plenty of space. All of these rooms had enough seating for everyone that we were all comfy whether sat together or apart. Bedrooms all spacious and enough bathrooms for everyones privacy. Hot water never ran out, we didnt have any issues with the internet either. Perfect location, 5 min walk to the beach and short walk from plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants. All rooms seemed pretty well soundproofed too as we didnt hear each other.
Really lovely house located a 1015 minute walk into the main town centre of Weymouth. Beautiful kitchen and lounge area, but could do with a bigger tv still in there. Beds are comfy and lots of small but functional bathrooms for everyone's convenience. Bit of a walk to our 2nd and 3rd cars in the car park, but overall a lovely place to stay.

Seaside house is the perfect spot for a large group or multigenerational getaway. The house is so well equipped and has lots of living areas which I enable you to all hang out together or to grab a quieter moment if you wish. Having so many ensuite rooms and other bathrooms made living arrangements easy and private for each person. The 4th floor bedrooms are best suited to younger guests due to the lowered ceiling on the staircase and the flights of stairs you need to navigate to get up there. However, these rooms are just as comfortable as any other with the exception that there is only a toilet and no shower facilities on this floor. This is not a problem due to the other bathrooms available but is worth highlighting. It is helpful having off street parking for one vehicle however the lock on the wooden gate can be a little temperamental at times. The 2 parking permits enable another 2 vehicles to park in nearby car parks for free. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and is so well located. You are a quick stroll away from the beachfront and there are so many great spots to explore in and around Weymouth. My only suggestion might be to include a floor plan on the property listing as it is a not entirely clear how the house and bedrooms are laid out. Thanks you for a lovely week!

Perfect holiday home for large family and friends gatherings for a celebration
Excellent property. Fantastically appointed . We have rarely stayed in a more well equipped house. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout the house and was tastefully decorated as well. Welcome extras were beach chairs, childrens toys and games. We appreciated the delicious welcome basket too.

Overall the house was lovely to stay in all the rooms were well furnished the beds were extremely comfy and we had a really good time. However there was a consistent problem with doors and windows either not shutting properly or opening properly creating lots of drafts in the house. We also found some sort of box on the fourth floor next to the smoke detector which was a year past its recommended inspection which doesnt suggest good maintenance. We also had a problem with at least two week old milk left to mould in the coffee machine which i notified the owner about on the first day but was not resolved until the last one which was very disappointing and the disjointed communication of not getting called back and receiving no reassurance or compensation for the problem only made it more frustrating.
Seaside House was absolutely beautiful. Decorated beautifully throughout with all high spec amenities included. Just fabulous throughout. Every eventuality catered for including lots of board games, books, video games and consuls. the shop was 2 mins walk, beach 5 mins, pubs & bars 3 mins. The Gloucster 3 chimneys, friendly pub with lots of entertainment. Cannot recommend this beautiful house highly enough.

From the second we walked into the property at the start of our stay we had a feeling of comfort. The property was decorated for Christmas, it felt warm, cosy and inviting. The house adequately catered for the needs of our 12 guests. Ideally located for walking to the beach, harbour and shops. Thankyou so much for a perfect stay!
Overall a nice house that's been nicely decorated and modernised. Rear car park gate lock badly needs greasing as does the lock on the utility room.
Friday 13th SeptMonday 16th Sept This is an amazing property,great location,beautifully decorated,clean and very well equipped. We were a party of 10 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. A superb kitchen dining area if you wanted to self cater. We booked this as my husband did the Ironman,it was a great location for this event too. There was a welcoming pack of lovely treats which was a lovely touch. Would definitely book again. Anna Barber

Amazing stay in beautiful house. We were mixed age family group celebrating a birthday. The house was brilliant and set up perfectly for our older relative who had the ground floor bedroom. So much space and great for gathering together. The welcome pack was so thoughtful and really appreciated by everyone. Cant recommend enough, close to beach and amenities and we had a wonderful stay

A wonderful holiday experience! A family time to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary, with our 2 daughters their husbands & 4 Grandchildren. The property was everything that it said it would be & more!! The rooms were spacious & had all the amenities that we could all possibly need! Amazingly well equipped kitchen . Lovely decor throughout The outside area could be improved aesthetically and add a bbq and a table to eat outdoors and the paintwork was unattractive The main lounge doesn't work for watching the tv due to its position and the room could be a great games room with the addition of a pool table for wet weather entertainment and putting a tv over the fireplace to create an inclusive cinema room All in all a great stay that with a few tweaks could be fabulous
The best stay! We split the holiday and had 2 days with 10 women celebrating and then 4 days for 2 families. Both groups had such a great time. I never stayed in a holiday home that has everything covered. Everything has been thought of. Would definitely stay again!
Excellent location with close proximity to the sea and the town centre. Ideal for all ages with two sitting rooms to accommodate young and older. The kitchen was well equipped with a very generous and well received welcome tray of goodies, a dining table to fit 12 and comfortable beds. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Dealing with the recyclable rubbish was a challenge as we couldnt find any instructions.
The property was amazing with a wellequipped kitchen, plenty of space, most rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a great location close to the beach and town and, to top it all off, beautiful Christmas decorations. The house was more like a home than a holiday rental. We had a family Christmas reunion with people travelling from across the globe to meet up and we were delighted to find that Seaside House exceeded our expectations. The property was comfortable, well equipped and spacious which was important as we came together as a family to celebrate our Golden Wedding. The position to the seafront was excellent, which was especially enjoyed by the 5 young grandchildren. Thank you for the excellent welcome pack which was enjoyed by everyone. It was a delightful property with character which was ideal for making memories of a great family holiday by the sea.
We had such an amazing stay! The accommodation was beautiful, clean and spacious. We had a welcome package which was a lovely touch. The only suggestion wed make is around the check out time. As a big family with young children, 10am was a bit of a rush. Other than that, we couldnt fault it! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again D

Beautifully presented and everything you could think of that you would need, was there. We were a family with kids and there was space for all 12 of us to sit around the table and have our breakfast dinner and to play games. The house was also spacious enough, so we where not on top off ourselves. Located 5 mins walk to the beach but quietly located from the hustle and bustle, perfect!

What an incredible property! Such an ideal position and perfect for the multi generational family. The thoughtful owner went above and beyond to provide equipment pertinent to our needs, and also provided a generous welcome pack. The only quibbles we had were with the temperature in the very top room that might have benefited from a fan to cool it down. The downstairs bedroom needed blackout blinds ideally to stop the light from street lights shining in. Would happily go back and stay for longer!

What a fabulous house, great location and everything youd need for a holiday at the seaside. The little extras on arrival were very welcome. One thing which would make it perfect is to have access to terrestrial tv, not just BBC1. Thank you, well definitely be using Dream Cottages again!
Wonderful property in excellent location. Understand that the heating is set at various times. However given how cold it was last week it would have been appreciated if the heating had been on for an hour or so before 4pm so that it gave a warm and comfy feel opposed to us trying to find out how to boost it. Otherwise Wonderful.

Excellent property in a really good location within the town and good value. Very clean and well equipped. Highly recommended unless you want to go to Weymouth to watch tv the main tv was the only one that worked and the picture on that was poor.

The property was well suited for a group of friends with so many rooms with en suites. It has a & well stocked & quality kitchen. The adjoining dining room was stylish, very comfortable for mealtimes and it was lovely to retreat upstairs to the lounge. We would all happily return here again.
For a family of 10 with ages ranging from 5 months to 89 years old it was perfect. Space for everyone, facilities top class, particularly in the kitchen. Parking permits were a great help and of course proximity to the beach and promenade could not be bettered and in a pleasant, quiet road. Would certainly recommend.
A beautifully presented and well equipped house. We have stayed in many rental holiday properties over the years and this is amongst one of the best. We had a wonderful family holiday and would certainly consider it again and recommend to family and friends.

The property was very nicely refurbished and extremely comfortable and well equipped. Importantly for us it was in an excellent location only a short walk to the beach and well placed to walk into town and along to sea life centre and sand world which are great places for young children.

Such a beautiful clean house and you have thought of everything it was impeccable I don't think we have ever stayed somewhere so nice and i broke my leg 4wks before we came so we came back early at night and I didn't mind as it was so lovely and clean some places we've stayed in I wouldn't of wanted to spend that much time there. Just a perfect stay with everything you need and more ,a beautiful welcome pack thank you seaside house we will be back love weymouth too,so easy to park with the permits too,was a little walk to town and harbour fine if you can, we walked I was pushed in wheelchair very flat once on the front very wheelchair friendly we taxi back at night for 5pounds,downstairs bedroom perfect for anyone with mobility issues my mum had that room as she's 87 and can't climb stairs
