Santiago House is in a great location for a holiday in Weymouth. The parking spaces are a definite plus. The accommodation itself is very well equipped for a family holiday and contains all that you would need. Beds very comfortable and multiple bathrooms very useful when accommodating a family. The only minor negative, and it is minor, is that the shower head holder needs replacing in the ensuite as it keeps falling out. Weymouth is a great seaside town and has a number of arttractions within easy reach. We would definitely stay again if we revisited.

This was our second visit to Santiago House. It is such a beautiful house, spotlessly clean, wonderful comfortable beds with pristine linen. It is very well equipped, catering to all our needs. We are hoping to return soon.

Was a really nice house with everything you need. Perfect location for us and was nice sitting on the balcony listening to the festival over the weekend. House was very clean . The house owner even phoned to say we could go in early so didnt have to wait till 4 which was a really nice touch for and then rang again the day after to make sure everything is ok which was very nice of her . Been booking with dream cottages and Sykes for over 11 years and that has never happened so I really thought that was a nice touch. Only thing our teenager boys moaned about was no TV in any of the bedrooms but that is teenagers for you. I would stop here again so would highly recommend. Thanks again for a lovely holiday

We have just spent a lovely half term week at Santiago House with the kids and grandparents. The weather was a little disappointing but the property made up for it. It was so clean and spacious....plenty of room for the 6 of us sleeping and also for just spending time when it was raining! The kitchen is well equipped if you are catering for yourselves and there's a lovely big table to seat everyone for meal times and for playing family games. There's also a lovely big lounge area with lots of seating. The property is located right near the harbour with plenty of places to eat & drink, and it's only a 10 minute stroll to the main Weymouth beach & promenade. The harbour is also a great place for crabbing with the kids! We found Weymouth itself a good central location for exploring the Dorset coastline. We would definitely return to Santiago house if visiting Dorset again in the future!

Immaculately clean, well stocked and, from each of the seven of us the best house from a dozen or so we've stayed at over the many years we've holidayed in Weymouth ! Sipping drinks on the balcony until gone eight in the sun was a daily occurrence. One slight moan no blinds in either bathroom leaving you rather exposed to opposite houses ! Otherwise, just fantastic five star accomodation with the biggest sofa we've seen !

Santiago House is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Weymouth. Really fantastic location, very secure, with 2 parking spaces. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The very large living room let us spend family evenings all together when we werent dining out, walking, or quizzing! The owner was really helpful in answering our questions promptly. We will definitely make a repeat booking. One thing to consider is the steps to access the house, plus the bedrooms are on 1 st and 2nd floors anyone with mobility issues would struggle, but other than that I would highly recommend this gorgeous holiday home.

Beautiful property, immaculate throughout and perfectly located. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay, though bedroom fans would be a welcome addition, especially in the loft rooms, which can get very hot and stuffy we were lucky enough to get a sunny week too. Its just a few minutes walk to the harbour, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. The only real drawback is that the two topfloor loft bedrooms a double and a twin require going down two flights of stairs to reach the nearest toilet, which can be inconvenient at night or for young children and older guests. A small toilet and basin in the loft would make a huge difference. Also, the half sized wardrobescupboard in those rooms are not practical for adult clothing, as the hanging rails are far too low, leaving your clothes hanging all over the floor, raising them would help. Despite these minor issues, this is a fantastic and clean property with x2 parking spaces and we would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Weymouth.

The house is simply stunning! Perfect location and provides everything you could possibly need for a break away from home. Host was great and incredibly accommodating. We cant wait to book our next trip and dont think wed even consider staying anywhere else apart from Santiago House in the future.

We had an amazing week at Santiago House. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. Everywhere was immaculately clean and we had all the facilities and equipment we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were light, airy and the beds extremely comfortable. The bed linen was super white crisp and fresh. Santiago House is situated in an amazing position, close enough to enjoy the busyness of harbour and all it had to offer but at the same time being extremely quiet and peaceful. I can thoroughly recommend this lovely house.

This is an ideal location and a great house for a family break of all ages. Appreciated that there were some basics in the cupboard and the welcome pack was useful . The children enjoyed the packets of biscuits!, This is a clean comfortable property .home from home.Perfectly perfect in every way. Only one drawback once the family left and friend came to stay the saucepans were too large for just 2 of us but a minor detail .Thanks for a great holiday .

Lovely holiday house in great location close to the old harbour quarter of Weymouth. Well equipped kitchen and lounge. Lots of good restaurants nearby but also plenty to interest all ages in Weymouth area 2 nature reserves, national collection of water lillies, Abbotsbury Swannery and tropical gardens plus many more! A great place to stay!

Excellent location beautiful house, had plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils, some childrens cutlery would have been nice however we managed okay. TV had plenty of channels to chose from which was handy for the young children. The owner phoned me the first day to make sure everything was okay which I thought was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again. We all had a lovely time.

We had a brilliant week staying at Santiago House. The location was fantastic, we could walk to the harbour and seafront within 510minutes. The house was spacious, comfortable, clean and bright, ideal for our two families with younger children. The owner stayed in touch which was helpful for small queries during the week. We loved staying there! Only very minor things we will mention and didn't affect our stay at all negatively was that instructions for the hob would have been helpful, there weren't any oven gloves and there was a slight draught from one of the windows in the top bedroom at the front of the house.

Probably one of the better properties I've stayed in, and I've been self catering for 40 years. It is a spacious and interesting property. There was everything you needed and nothing you didn't. The location in Brewer's Quay was ideal for a variety of eateries and the starting point for many various walks. We enjoyed visiting Fort Nothe, Sandsfoot Castle and the 2 RSPB sites of Lodmoor and Radipole. We didn't use my car during the stay. I contacted the owner before our stay and she was very helpful.
