We loved our stay with you, however when we were told the day before our holiday that sykes could not get hold of the owner and therefore the keys and that they would have to cancel us . .this was the day before going there, it was extremely stressful .I don't know if we were ever told the truth of what was happening but thankfully it was sorted at the last moment
